Terms of use

These terms are between you and Moses Wong ("we"), who run BlissPath. By creating a wedding you agree to them.

The service

BlissPath lets couples create a wedding invitation website, invite guests, collect replies, plan seating and manage the wedding day. The free plan and BlissPath Pro include the features described on our pricing section, which we may improve over time.

Your account and your guests

• Keep access to your email address; it is how you sign in.
• Only add people you are inviting, and only the details you need. You are responsible for having a good reason to hold your guests' details and for telling them how you use them.
• Do not use BlissPath to send spam, to harass anyone, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.
• You are responsible for what your co-hosts and helpers do in your wedding.

Payment

• BlissPath Pro is a one-off payment for one wedding, paid through ToyyibPay. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit.
• If Pro does not work for you because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix, contact us within 14 days of paying for a refund.

Availability

We work hard to keep BlissPath running, especially around wedding dates, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything essential, such as your final guest list and seating plan.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your wedding. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Ending

You can delete your wedding at any time. We may suspend weddings that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
